Return Policy
Terms of Sale and General Returns
Payment required in full at time of order for merchandise in stock. All credit cards accepted.
50% payment on order and 50% due upon receipt for special orders. Terms of Sale for special orders will be specified at the time of order. General return policy still applies.
Returns within 14 days for Bee Designs Credit ONLY
Bee Designs will gladly accept returns on items that are clearly unused for Bee Designs Credit ONLY. The item must be received back by Bee Designs within 14 days of the initial delivery to buyer. Please contact our customer service department at (803) 692-1133 for questions. Return shipping is reimbursed upon qualifying the item’s suitability for return when you use our shipper within the 48 contiguous United States. For AK and HI air- shipping rates will apply. If you use your own carrier, you will be responsible for their charges. This is the FINAL date we will accept Merchandise for Bee Designs Credit. Please note, this is the date Bee Designs must RECEIVE the merchandise.
Any discounted merchandise is ineligible for return.

General Terms of Return Items
Please note: To receive a Bee Designs store credit for a return, the item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original packaging, and including all accessories. All tags must still be attached. The item must be unmarked, unused, and not defaced in any manner. Returns that do not meet all of these requirements will be sent back and Bee Designs Store credit will not be issued.
- Return shipping is reimbursed upon qualifying the handbag’s suitability for return when you use our shipper within the 48 contiguous United States. For AK and HI air shipping rates will apply.

- It is highly recommended that you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation when you are using your own shipper.
- Save the shipping receipt until you have heard from us that we have received your package. Once your item is qualified for return, your shipping expense will be promptly returned to you and notification of Bee Designs credit (good for 5 years) will be sent to you according to your preference, (email or otherwise).
Bee Designs Store Credit
Upon acceptance of your return, having met all the criteria required, we will e-mail you a Bee Designs Store credit confirmation (or regular mail at your request). This credit is good for 5 years.
C.O.D.
We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
Late Returns
Please make note of the delivery date listed by the shipper, as 14 days afterwards is the FINAL date we will accept your return. If we receive your return after this date, we will send the item back to you. If we receive it back a second time, we will keep the item and no Bee Designs Store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
Due to the limited quantity of each design and color combination, we regret that we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you receive a Bee Designs store credit, you may use it for whatever items are currently in stock. Your credit with Bee Designs has a five year expiration date.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
At Bee Designs we personally inspect each item and individually wrap and package it especially for you. If you believe that an item was sent in error, or is defective or damaged upon receipt by you, please IMMEDIATELY contact us at info@BusbeeStyle.com or call (803) 692-1133 As the 14 day return policy still applies in this case, please contact us immediately.

All discounted items are final sales. No returns or credit accepted.
