The Answer is…nothing.
Every once in a while fashion comes up with something so genius and functional, it makes you giddy.
Take, for example, the sweatshirt dress…
It is the perfect warm, soft, snuggly, easy-to-care-for fabric, in a one-and-done silhouette…the dress!

Sweatshirt Dress
If I could live in a look like this, I would. It is comfy, functional, warm and street-chic.
I ended up going directly from this shoot to the airport and this was SOOOO comfy to travel in too!
I love the waist-defining corset detail on this sweatshirt dress. It runs true to size. I’m wearing a size small.

Faux Leather Leggings
These faux leather leggings by Spanx have been heavy hitters for me. I brought them to Iceland, NYC and have worn them quite a bit here at home in Telluride.
The shiny fabric gives the leggings a little extra edge, which I love.
They also suck everything in…and by everything…I mean EVERYTHING.
These run true to size. I’m wearing a size small.
If you like the leather leggings, you will definitely love coated jeans here.
Leather Jacket
I know you all have seen this hooded leather jacket by Doma Leather a million times, but that’s because I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
It adds a modernity and edge to any look.
The hood zips in and zips out depending on your look and preference.
The leather is soft and molds to your body.
I also like the length for petite women. It’s not a long jacket, so it works well on my 5’4″ frame.
I’m wearing a size small. I would say it runs true to size. If between sizes, size up.
NYC Shoot
By the way, this is one of my favorite spots in the city to shoot, the library and Bryant Park. It’s SO gorgeous with a lot of variety.
