Top Jewelry and Accessory Trends to Come in 2020
Each season, I study the runways to find the latest and greatest trends for you to try! I shared all of the spring fashion trends in this video. I wanted to take it a step further and share the jewelry trends of 2020! Switching out your accessories is a super easy (and a fun) way to look more stylish and try out trends! It is also typically more budget-friendly. Let’s dive in!
#1 | Big & Bold Jewelry Pieces
Pretty much anything goes here. Think big chunky necklaces, oversized earrings, giant hair accessories. These are all examples of ways you can try it out. The easier way I’d suggest trying this trend is with some chic, big statement earrings!
#2 | Chunky Chain Necklaces and Bracelets
This chunky chain trend is so cool and edgy. I saw chunky chains on the runways from necklaces, and earrings, to bracelets, and bags! A big chunky chain necklace would be super stylish and add the perfect amount of pop to a look. This is one of my favorite accessory trends of the season!
#3 | Huge Hoop Earrings
I’m not just talking big hoops…I mean HUGE! You can see in the photos above what I mean. If you don’t want to try the huge hoops, then maybe just try some medium-sized ones. Or try a pair that has some sort of interesting detail. Like double hoop earrings!
#4 | Pearls Large & Small
Pearls are so sophisticated and elegant. But now we’re seeing them in more modern, intricate, and edgy designs. I LOVE the pearl trend and will definitely be wearing it! I just got these gorgeous earrings and never want to take them off! They are so lightweight and gorgeous.
#5 | Statement Collar Necklaces
As you can see in the runway photos above, the more detailed the necklace, the better. And the bigger the necklace, the better! I love the idea of making a statement with a cool collar necklace! This bib necklace is one of my favorites and fits perfectly into this trend.
Which jewelry trend is your favorite?? Can you step out of your comfort zone and try one? If so, which one do you want to try. Please share in the comments below.
