I’m someone who is always on the hunt for the best in clean beauty. I’m constantly testing and trying new products. What I look for are products that really deliver for women over 40 (I am 57). I’m looking for clean beauty makeup finds that are hydrating, enhance my best features, and leave me feeling naturally refreshed and glowing. When I find my absolute favorites that live up to the hype, I give them my “Glow Girl stamp of approval”. These are products that I use time and again, and truly trust.

Their Face Palette is an all-in-one blush, bronzer, highlighter, and eyeshadow palette. I love the six matte and shimmer warm-toned, natural shades that give me just the right amount of soft glow. I think as we age, less is more, and this is the perfect natural palette to have on hand. Plus, it’s perfect for travel.

Holy Grail Mascara
As we age, our eyes can get dry and tear up quite a bit! This is why I love Ere Perez’s waterproof mascara! It’s the only clean formula that is especially great for those with sensitive skin. I love the easy-to-apply applicator and it adds the perfect amount of volume and length to my lashes without ever causing any clumping. This mascara stays without smudging even during workouts, swimming and long days!

Perfect Multitasker!
This multi-tasking multi-stick from the wildly popular brand ILIA is one I seem to reach for repeatedly (I love a double-duty product). My favorite shade, “Tenderly”, builds to give color to cheeks or lips for a fresh-faced look. The tones in my face can sometimes look a bit sallow these days so I love to apply on the apples of the cheeks and blend.

Bobbi Brown's Finest
Founded by Bobbi Brown, Jones Road has great clean products that support a natural, no-makeup makeup look for all ages, skin types, and skin tones. This face pencil is the perfect middle ground between a concealer and a foundation. As we age, sunspots and undereye circles seem to appear quite often and this magic pencil fully covers any unwanted redness, dark spots and darkness under my eyes.

Eyeliner for Aging Eyes
Using too much dark eyeliner can age the eyes so I like to line outside of my bottom and top lash line with a bronze shade. Wearing bronze eyeliner is softer than brown or black and is very flattering on all eye colors. This one by Julep comes in the perfect shade and has a great texture. I love the smooth, glide-on application of this gel-like eye pencil. Plus, it never smudges and lasts all day long.

Pop Of Color
This awesome new powder blush is from RMS, one of the pioneers in clean makeup! The super-hydrating formula leaves skin with a silky-smooth finish and is the perfect blush for dry skin. It manages to be both light and buildable while still giving the great pop of color you would expect from a powder blush. This is one of their newest products in the line and one of my favorite finds.

I’m obsessed with its skin-smoothing power and love the light coverage for a flawless, glowing finish. This incredible product protects my skin from the sun's damaging rays, noticeably improves the overall texture of my skin, and always leaves it looking dewy and fresh. I think anyone over 40 should have this one in their makeup arsenal.

Beautiful Brows
Our brows tend to thin out as we get older—I remember my mom always telling me as a teenager not to over-tweeze because hers never grew back! Thicker brows change the entire look of your face as they frame the eyes nicely and seem to turn back the clock a few years, too.

My lips are dry and have more fine lines these days so this high-shine, silky lip oil by Saint Jane always hits the mark. My favorite tint is “Cloud” and it’s the perfect sheer shade of soft pink which looks great on all skin tones. I absolutely love the feel and texture of this long-lasting lip oil so if petal pink is not your thing, they come in several great shades, too!
