Thanks so much for reaching out, Janine! The longer denim skirt trend isn’t one that I’m feeling personally drawn to (yet at least…that might change though!!). But… multiple team members have been looking for the perfect midi/maxi length denim skirt for quite some time now! It’s really not an easy task, especially because most are the non-stretch denim like you have mentioned. Love your fashion inspo and ideas. I need your help finding the perfect midi/maxi denim skirt. It turns out to be quite challenging. I am
5’ 4”, size 4, size 27 in denim. I’ve ordered 3 skirts. I like the skirts that have a slit in the front as I feel this doesn’t overwhelm my frame. I ordered from Anthropology the Pilcro Madi Front slit skirt in 6P (this skirt has a very tiny waist), and the Reformation Tazz Denim Skirt (size 26 fit). I also ordered the Frame Midaxi skirt in size 27. These skirts tend to not have stretch and I’ve decided I will have to have one of these skirts altetered. I would love your feedback on this trend and if you have found the perfect skirt. Also tips on styling would be great as I think this skirt would work for all seasons. Can’t wait to hear what you find!
