Hi Brenda! It does run just slightly big, so if you are in between small and medium, I’d recommend going with a small there. Erin and Denise on the team both agree. Denise usually wears a medium but loved the fit of the small, Erin is between XS and S and went with a small. It’s such a great blazer, can’t wait to hear what you think of it! ~Team Busbee
