Living Room Inspiration
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve tackled a home post.
I think I’m doing one now because we have houses on the brain. We have to decide if we are going to stay in Colorado or move back to Texas.
If we stay, we have to upsize or build a house. If we go back, I’ve already decided I’m going to do a remodel of our Texas home.
For those of you who don’t know, my family is taking a gap year in Telluride, Colorado.
You can hear all about our decision to move here.
Where I Shop
When I’m looking for home decor pieces or furniture, I always browse Restoration Hardware first.
And, even though I generally want everything, my budget will not allow it, so I use the store for inspiration.
Then I look for a version I love for less through stores like, Wayfair, West Elm, Pottery Barn and my go-to for rugs…Gilt.com.
If I want even more ideas, I check out Houzz.com. But, proceed with caution, it’s easy to get sucked into a browsing vortex!
The Living Room
I love my mood board above featuring a mix of grays and whites, with a pop of blue. It’s very soothing, modern, and sophisticated.
The rug is one of my favorite pieces, you can find it here.
I also love the white sofa from Arhaus. They have more key living room pieces here.
The alpaca “Nixon” throw not only has a wonderful, graphic print, it is also SO soft!
Shop The Room
Shopbop Sale
Don’t forget about the big Shopbop sale! Tomorrow is the last day.
