Best Puffers!
For those that do not already know, I grew up in Watertown, NY. We also used to call it “Snowtown, USA.” Or sometimes the North Pole. 😉 It was ca-ca-ca-cold! I remember all too well what 50 below zero felt like. When it was that cold, your nose hair froze, you struggled to breathe, and your car might not start. Fast forward a few years (or decades) and I’m living in a cold climate again here in Telluride, Colorado. For legit cold, wool just won’t cut it, you need a GREAT puffer coat.

Parajumpers Puffers
Parajumpers is one of the highest quality brands when it comes to puffer coats. They are pricey, but worth the investment! The Parajumpers puffer coat I’m wearing above is beyond warm, and LONG, which is key because the short ones won’t keep your butt and legs warm. I think it’s also stylish. It doesn’t look or feel too oversized. And, yet it is big enough to allow for multiple layers. It will keep your entire body warm. The drawstring hood and two zipper pockets are an added bonus. I linked more Parajumpers puffer options below. It is not an exaggeration to say, it feels like you are wearing a sleeping bag in terms of warmth!
The Look
I’m wearing this maxi puffer with a cashmere sweater and some classic dark wash jeans. Keep your feet warm with these wedge booties by Ugg. I love that these boots have a hidden wedge so you add a little height, plus treads so you don’t slip around. I finished it off with some modern aviator sunglasses, chic backpack, a minimalist necklace, and cool tortoise shell hoops. Shop the look below.

A cocoon coat would be best! Like this: https://rstyle.me/n/dbhrcc58an

Here in eastern Canada, it gets quite chilly too. I have bought a puffer jacket and a puffer knee lengTh coat from LL Bean in Maine. They are light weight and not bulky. Plus affordable! Get them to send you their magazines. I really think you will like their quality and pRice.
