Affordable Work From Home Outfits
Since most of the globe is now working from home, I wanted to give you some simple, work from home outfit ideas. I’ve been working from home for the last decade so I have some specific criteria when it comes to selecting outfits. #1) The look HAS to be comfortable (without exception) You won’t catch me running around the house in stilettos. #2) My work from home outfits have to be stylish. (Of course!!) I always feel more productive when I feel cute. #3) The looks have to be SIMPLE. I’m not doing any complicated layering or wearing a jumpsuit at home. It has to be functional and easy. I know right now… affordability is more important than ever. And, I’m excited to share that every item in the two looks I’m featuring below …is under $100!
Be sure to scroll to the very bottom to see the outfits in motion. I created a short video.

Look #1 | Pink & White
This first look definitely meets my criteria: comfortable, stylish and simple! Blush and white are one of my favorite spring color combinations. This blush blouse is so lovely and soft. It’s perfect for working from home. This color will be gorgeous on your video conference calls (watch my tips for looking professional on your video calls here) The blouse comes in a bunch of other colors. And… notice the smocked sleeves? It’s a great detail. I wore a cami under the blouse so I could unbutton an extra button to show off this gorgeous pre-layered necklace!
I paired the top with these super comfortable white raw hem jeans. If I’m working from home, I’m pretty much always wearing jeans. These “mom jeans” are high rise with a more relaxed fit. I’m 5’4″ and they hit between my ankle bone and calf so keep that in mind! Oh…and they’re only $55! I finished off the look with and some chic white loafers (more about the loafers below)!

Look #2 | Black Top & Jeans
I LOVE this outfit! It makes me feel pretty and put together, which ultimately makes me feel more productive. This black tee is so cute! I love the feminine flutter sleeves and ruffled neck. I’m wearing the top with some high waist jeans. These jeans have some mild distressing at the knees and around the ankles. I REALLY love these modern jeans. They are high rise and very flattering. I ordered short in these, and as a reminder… I’m 5’4″. I’m wearing the same white loafers from look #1. These loafers are super comfortable and I like that I can slip them on and off easily. The pointed toe is elongating and the color is very chic. They also come in three other colors!
To finish off the look, I threw on these AMAZING earrings to make a statement. I love how the pop of metallic gives this simple look something a little extra! Make sure you watch the video below to see how lightweight these earrings are and how the rest of the outfit looks in motion!

I’ve been curious about the vlogo belt. It’s looks so cute on you but not sure if the buckle and width may be too big for me. i’m 5’2 w/ slightly pear shaped on comfortable days and hour glass on great days! lol I’m between size 4-6 and jean size varying between 28-29. What size would you recommend and is this belt adjustable?
Many thanks!

What brand/color lipstick are you wearing in this picture? I love it and it’s so hard to find a bright color that isn’t garish on blondes
