Besides being sexy and pretty, this sheer, black, polka dot top (below) is also surprisingly versatile. I have worn it with full skirt (below), jeans (below), under a black blazer, with white jeans, white skirt, etc. These are the kind of pieces that prove invaluable to a wardrobe…. I like to call it a “special” basic.
This top feels a bit top formal for faded or distressed jeans, so I opted for my dressier, dark-wash bootcut jeans.
What you wear under your sheer top is just as important as what you wear with your top. Make sure the straps of your cami are dainty (like the top). And, your cami should have a nice necklace, v or scoop.
