I see this as a daytime, running errands look (if you are feeling fancy) or something fun to wear in the evenings! I think it definitely could go either way.
SWEATER: I bought this sweater at Nordstrom Rack less than a month ago, and I’ve already worn it twice!
It’s going to be one of those neutral, versatile pieces that will work well with so many clothes in your closet.
I wore it walking around in NYC with a tulle black skirt.
I like the high low hem (shorter in the front, longer in the back) because it covers up a bit of your bum.
And, it’s great for layering! I can throw a jacket over it, no problem. Or try a long-sleeve black and white t-shirt underneath.
I will also wear it with distressed jeans and think it would work well with both skinnies and flared.
PANTS: Above, I have on silky jogger pants by Parker, which are no longer available…
But, I give you a similar option below.
