Thanks to you all, ‘my ladies’ and sweet subscribers, I decided to bring this series back.
I’m clearly a fan of the series concept. How many of you got sick of the ‘trend’ videos? 😉
I think this series is SO important (and I’m glad you reminded me) …
Because so many of the blogs and videos out there just show REALLY polished, almost editorial looks.
These looks are wonderful and aspirational and they definitely have their place.
But, these editorial looks are not always the most functional options.
That’s where, “What I Wore” comes in.
I am keeping it VERY real (i.e. the look with wet hair and no makeup) in this series.
These are REAL looks, that I actually wore. Not just photographed.
Not every piece in my looks is still available, but I give you lots of similar options below.
LOOK #1
This top has already been a heavy hitter for me.
The color is SO versatile!
The knot hits high, so you have to wear a high rise pair of jeans or trousers with this.
All true to size.
LOOK #2
I wear this t-shirt all the time. You might get sticker shock when you see the price. I know I did.
BUT, I have to say, I have already gotten my money’s worth.
Here is one option for LESS.
These exact slides are no longer available, but I found you an even better pair with a lower block heel.
LOOK #3
Below you will see a LOT of great, LBD options.
I am LOVING the choices from LOFT.
These are the BEST most important pieces in your closet.
Transition the sleeveless options into fall by wearing bodysuits or button downs underneath.
You can also wear tights or opaque tights with booties.
And, the jetsetter of course. My fave!!
