Bell Sleeve | How To Wear Bell Sleeve Tops
I keep talking about volume, volume, volume…
The bell sleeve is one example of volume.
It can be quite subtle and elegant, like the top I’m wearing above.
Or you can go REALLY big with your bells, something like this.
Who Can Wear Them
It is a small detail that can make a big impact on the modernity of your look.
Women of all ages can wear bell sleeves, whether you are 25 or 75.
It is also something women of all sizes can easily wear.
You always have to consider, however, that the bell with draw a bit of attention.
So wherever the bell falls, the eye will go.
Traditionally, if you are going with something voluminous on top, you would offset that by wearing something quite streamlined and tailored on your lower half.
That said, I’ve personally worn and seen many women pull off, all-over volume.
Just tread carefully…
Pumps
And, can we talk about these shoes again?
I Loooovvvveeee them! They make me so happy, and for this price, they better! 😉
Jeans
These jeans run a bit small. I bought size 26.
These are definitely a heavy hitter for me.
They are the “rocket” crop by Citizens of Humanity.
You probably remember me talking about the “Rocket.”
I love them so much, I have three pairs!
They are high rise and cropped so they really show off a fabulous shoe or bootie.
The NYC Shoot
BTW, it was SO hot the day I took these pictures with Megan, which is why I’m sweating, and my veins are all popping out.
I don’t recall the city ever being that hot in September, although I’m sure it has been.
