Polka Dot Dresses From JCPenney!
I am not the biggest fan of prints, but one print I can always get behind…is polka dots! I think it’s so pretty and feminine! I wanted to share two AMAZING polka dot dresses that are SO affordable you won’t believe it!!
Make sure you check out this post featuring more polka dot pieces too.
Polka Dot Dress #1
I’m picturing this Worthington dress at a daytime wedding like a garden wedding. It would be gorgeous for a fancy brunch, bridal showers… even church. It has longer short sleeves so it will give you awesome arm coverage. I also LOVE the midi length. The skirt falls to around your knee or below depending on how tall you are. I’m 5’4″ and it’s midi length on me. The cinched waist defines your waist. You can add a waist belt for even more definition and pop. And… it has pockets! Yay for pockets. Plus, it’s only $28!
Shoes & Accessories
These white slingback shoes are by Liz Claiborne. These are THE CUTEST shoes for summer and they are SUPER comfortable too! They’d be perfect for the office too! The bag I’m carrying is also by Liz Claiborne. I like that it’s light and neutral for summer! And, the pink scarf comes with the bag. A really nice touch!

Polka Dot Dress #2
This pretty polka dot dress, by A.N.A from JCPenney, is ONLY $19.99!
I love that you can wear it off the shoulder or on your shoulders. You can see it both ways in the photos above. The length is perfect. The material is lightweight and breezy, and the print and ruffle details make it really fun and feminine! I’d wear this look to church (on shoulder) lunch with friends, dinner, even just kicking around during the day this summer.
Shoes
These mules are by Liz Claiborne. The height is manageable and easy to walk in. And I love the chunky heel which also makes them easier to walk in. To finish off the look, I threw on some edgy, micro sunnies.

I enjou your post about your dad. My brother was also an Army Helicopter pilot in Vietnam. Hevwas there during 1969 and 1970. His name was Terry Beverly.
Thanks for sharing! My dad never really talked about it and I’m pretty sure he had undiagnosed PTSD. I’m proud of his service, though. Thank you for sharing your dad’s story. And, huge thanks to Terry for his service and bravery!!
