Lighten Up With Unique Lamps
Adding or swapping out a table lamp can completely change the ambiance of a room. We have a modern mountain home in Telluride, Colorado and I’ve had fun swapping out lamps to see how it can change a space. Because we live in a resort town, you buy and sell houses mostly furnished. I really loved most of the pieces in our home, but there was a lot of ski-themed decor. It was super cute, but didn’t make sense for our forever home, so I eliminated the cutesy decor elements and replaced them with touches of glamour to make our home feel more luxe.
I’m sharing three of the luxe table lamps I bought for our home. Plus, other standouts you will love!
For a full home tour, you can check out this post and video here.
#1 | Living Room Lamp
The lamp that was here before was really rustic. It fit with the ski-theme, but again, I wanted to add more glamour and sophistication to our home. I love the idea of using a glass and silver lamp to elevate your living space!
#2 | Bedside Lamps
For our bedside table lamps, I kept with the same crystal theme. I love the crystal cubes. They create a modern and glamorous look in our bedroom. These lamps are tall, but not too tall and they are also skinny, which is great so you have maximum space on your bedside tables. These are ideal if you have tiny tables next to your bed.
#3 | Console Lamp
Isn’t this lamp the coolest? This console table is near our entryway so I wanted to make sure the lamp really made a statement. The standout lamp has a marble base, frosted glass shade, and a metal outer shell with cool geometric details. This lamp would also look amazing on your bedside tables if you have a high bed frame. They are quite tall. Be sure to double-check lamp dimensions before ordering.

Crystal Lamps
The first row of lamps in the graphic above (#1, #2, and #3) are all clear, crystal options. #1 and #2 are the ones I actually own and shared my thoughts on above. #3 is a great option if you’re looking for something shorter (almost half the height of #1). They’re all beautiful options to add some modern luxury to your space.
Gold Lamps
Another luxe option is gold! Since the majority of the decor in our home is silver, I don’t incorporate gold. But these gold lamps are beautiful! #4 has beautiful glass around the gold that’s beautiful. I love the tiered gold pipe look of #5. And #6 has a super luxe look with the broader base.
Unique Lamps
Like I mentioned about our bedside lamps, I like that the cubed shape gave it a modern look. But other modern and unique shaped lamps could really change your space. #7 has a fun cacti shape. #8 is a little simpler but still has a cool, modern oval shape. And #9 is just so different I had to include it!
Stone Lamps
Adding a lamp with an interesting element is another way to make a statement and transform your space. All of the lamps in this row (#10, #11, and #12) have some sort of stone or rock. #10 has raw marble, #11 is alabaster, and #12 has a gray faux concrete base.
More Gold Lamps
I wanted to share a couple more gold lamps I love and think would be perfect for adding that touch of glam to your home. #13 has a cool shape and open frame. #14 has the gold and marble that I love. And #15 is a beautiful crystal and gold option! If I had more gold in our home, I’d probably add #15 too!
