Oh how I would LOVE to do bootie puns…
BUT (he he, get it… butt) I will resist the temptation and be a grown up.
(Above) I paired my Steve Madden booties with shorts and tights.
The bootie/tights look keeps you looking long and lean.
You can also try wearing booties and tights with your dresses and skirts, for a modern, edgy look.
OR… pair your booties with leggings, skinny jeans and skinny cords.
Tuck your jeans, leggings and pants into your bootie … or roll them up once or twice over the bootie.
Do a small, chunky cuff (ala 80’s) or keep it bigger… and do a single 2 to 4 inch cuff.
I believe every woman should have a pair of ankle boots or booties in her closet.
