I spent hours combing through the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale so you don’t have to. These are the pieces that made the cut.
Every year I head straight to the denim section first, and this year there are some real designer standouts. Boots, outerwear and accessories are also at the top of my list, and I found a few gems I think you’ll love.

#1 | AG Farrah Bootcut
A consistent Busbee best-seller. And yes, one of my all-time favorites. These are that reliable pair of jeans you’ll reach for again and again. Why? Because they’re incredibly flattering and truly make your legs look a mile long.
I own this style in multiple washes, so I was thrilled to see them back in this year’s sale. 32-inch inseam. True to size.
#2 | Mother Hustler Roller Sneak
This pair was a best-seller among all content creators last year. (That’s how good they are.) I’ve had mine and featured them the last two years. They are flattering, elongating and most importantly, soft and comfortable. 32-inch inseam. True to size.
#3 | FRAME Le Slim Palazzo
I have these in a few washes already and the black wash is included in the sale this year which means it’s going straight into my cart. That high rise holds everything in and creates the most gorgeous long lean line, and the wide flared leg almost dusting the floor adds real height to your frame. The wider silhouette also does the most beautiful job of balancing hips and thighs. Flattering and on sale. A very easy yes.
The 31″ inseam means I can wear these with a low heel or even a platform sneaker (perfect for petites).
#4 | Paige Annessa
I picked these up a couple years ago but this year’s darker wash is so good.
This pair checks all the boxes: super flattering, incredibly soft, very comfy, and the wide leg is very on-trend. These are also high-rise and elongating. The 31-inch inseam makes them especially great for petites when paired with a heel…no hemming required.

The trendy pair that has been blowing up your IG feed. The way the seam twists inwards creates a more flattering, slimming shape. The barrel leg creates the illusion of a smaller waist. 30-inch inseam.

#5 | ALLSAINTS Denim Shirt
I found most of the tops on sale a little meh… but this one? A genuine hidden gem. Completely unique, totally one of a kind, and that cinched waist with balloon shoulders is so universally flattering it works on just about everyone. A complete outfit maker. The kind of piece people will stop you to ask about. And those are always worth grabbing.
#6 | Funnel-Neck Trench Coat
I hope this looks as great in person as it does online. (BTW, many things can be styled to look amazing online, buyer beware.) The funnel neck gives the classic trench a modern twist.
#7 | Oversized Coat with Detachable Scarf
Another coat I have high hopes for in person and that detachable scarf and fringe detail is giving me all the reasons why. So on trend right now, but the sleek, refined design keeps it feeling elevated and sophisticated rather than overly trendy. Quality is TBD on this one. I’ll keep you posted.

Last season’s version of this Madewell tote was one of my most reached for bags and this season’s chocolate suede version might be even better. A great pair of designer sunglasses can easily run $400 or more, and most of the time I’d rather put that money elsewhere. One of the easiest and most affordable ways to elevate any look.
#10 | Marc Fisher Bootie
Every year I head straight to the boot section. This year these chocolate brown booties are the ones that caught my eye immediately. That rich chocolate brown is such a beautiful, versatile color that works with everything in your fall wardrobe. I really love that these have a small-ish 2 1/2 inch heel and a narrow shaft so they’ll work with allll your favorite jeans. Boots are high impact pieces worth grabbing on sale …and at NSale prices, this one is a very easy yes.
