That means, if you don’t already have them in your closet, you should invest in them.
1) White, Button-Down Shirt
I prefer non-iron or wrinkle resistant shirts because… I detest ironing. I also prefer my button downs to be fitted, so they have a more feminine shape, and are easier to tuck (less fabric). But, if you like roomier shirts, there is nothing wrong with them. Below are some of my button-down shirt picks including other colors and prints, as well as PLUS, PETITE and TALL.

2) Chic T-shirt
I like the ‘burn-out,’ ‘vintage,’ or ‘linen,’ t-shirt look… because I think that creates the illusion of texture, and it also is a bit sheer which can add a dash of sexy to your plain white T! I would buy a v-neck tee, which is the most universally flattering t-shirt. DO buy petite tees if you are petite! Scoop neck tees are fine. I would avoid crew neck if you are busty.
