These Slimming White Jeans Under $150 Are An Instant Confidence Boost

How are your white jeans lookin’? If yours (like ours) found every colorful food spill and dirty paw print last spring/summer, you might be due for an update. But you also might be due for an upgrade. By this we mean a trendier silhouette and looser fitting jeans that not only feel great on but look amazing too. The great thing about white jeans is that they scream spring/summer and go with SO many fun tops, blouses, and tees. But, see-through jeans need not apply…we see you pocket linings and visible panty lines! Well, Erin found them. The Holy Grail of loose-fitting white jeans…they are flattering, super-slimming, AND affordable.

Slimming White Jeans Under $150

It’s rare to find a pair of white jeans that complement most body types, but these wide-leg jeans by Pistola certainly do! The high waist and loose silhouette give you that instant confidence boost that’s typically only in play for dark wash jeans…until now.

Fit & Fabric

If you’re looking for the Goldie Locks of relaxed white jeans (not too baggy and oversized) these high-rise Pistola jeans are just right. Let’s start with the fabric. They do have a touch of stretch and the denim has some structure and weight to it, which we especially appreciate when it comes to white jeans. They have a sleek silhouette that is somewhat fitted at the waist but gradually relaxes into the wide, frayed-edge, cropped legs. We often suggest sizing up in white denim, but we didn’t find that necessary with these. You can buy your regular size and still have that loose comfortable fit.

Length & See-Through Factor

They have a 27” inseam and you can see that the length comes right above the bottom of Erin’s foot so she can wear them with heels, with sneakers, OR with flats at 5’4”. How’s that for versatility? So, these will be more cropped on taller ladies (still so chic!) and you can easily cut the raw hem if you are more petite. Saving the best for last…they aren’t see-through. Because of the relaxed silhouette, you can comfortably strut your stuff in these white jeans without worrying about any lumps or bumps peeking out. There are no front pockets at all, so you don’t need to worry about pocket linings that rumple and crumple. The smooth front adds to the flattering fit.

White Jeans Outfit Formula

Erin packed these white Pistola jeans for her recent trip to CA and styled them with this gorgeous, red Farm Rio top, some platform sandals by Sam Edelman and a contrasting brown belt by Anine Bing. You can use this springy outfit formula to create your own looks with printed or striped tops, solid tops, tanks, lightweight sweaters, a blazer and cami, etc. Whatever your heart desires. The top was recently restocked so if you had your eye on it, this would be a great time to grab it. And just a reminder that you don’t need to relegate these jeans to the back of your closet during the fall/winter months. You can create a chic winter white look by swapping the sandals for booties and the top for a heavier sweater or coat. White jeans are wardrobe workhorses you can wear in any season.
