Spring Home Décor Refresh

Simple Tips for Spring Home Décor Refresh

Let’s start with a few things you can do around your home to add a spring-like feel (even if there’s still snow on the ground).

  1. Add some nature like green plants or fresh flowers.
  2. Change up your blankets to a lighter color palette.
  3. Rearrange your furniture, sometimes this is enough to make things feel refreshed and offer a new perspective!
  4. Add a bowl of lemons or oranges to your tabletop.
  5. Swap out your throw pillows or add covers to them in spring-like patterns or colors like yellow, pink, light blue, white, and light neutrals.
  6. Take everything off your coffee table, side table, or bookshelves and rearrange and/or add some lighter and brighter options.
  7. Add a spring-like scent (like citrus or a light floral) to your home with a candle or diffuser.
  8. Declutter (kind of obvious but yup!).
  9. Refresh your entryway but removing heavy coats and add a pastel colored flower wreath.
  10. Swap out any winter-inspired wall art with new fresh spring decor.
  11. Add lighter-colored curtains with a sheer overlay into your living room for lots of natural light.
  12. Incorporate spring-inspired centerpieces like a vase with tulips on your kitchen island or couch side tables.

Speaking of decluttering, you can find our Spring Cleaning Checklist for every room in your home here if you’re looking to get super organized!
