Five Work From Home Outfits That Won’t Make You Feel Frumpy

Work From Home In Style!

Obviously, the number one priority when it comes to work from home outfits is comfort. But style is another important factor. Think about how you feel when you put your clothes on. Do you feel cute? Do you feel good? If not, try something else. Because when you look good, you feel good, and you work harder/better/smarter! And you do NOT need to trade comfort for style.

So I’m sharing FIVE work from home outfits. All of these looks have also passed the sit test. That’s where I sit down and made sure I felt comfortable sitting as well as standing.

You can also see all of these outfits in motion in my WFH outfit video here!

Stylish Work From Home Outfits fashion blogger wearing yellow Veronica Beard blazer with white cami, Moussy Vintage jeans, golden goose sneakers

#1 | Yellow Blazer & Jeans

Wearing a bright color can completely change your mood! Through this quarantine, I’ve loved wearing brighter, more feminine colors to make myself feel happier! In this look, I’m wearing this gorgeous yellow blazer by Veronica Beard. The exact blazer is sold out so I linked a similar option. But I just love how this color looks and makes me feel! Under the blazer I’m wearing a simple white cami tucked into my favorite Moussy Vintage jeans. They have a more relaxed fit so you don’t feel uncomfortable sitting at your desk or hanging out in your home. On my feet, I have on some Golden Goose sneakers. I’ll have a review of these coming soon…

Stylish Work From Home Outfits, Fashion blogger wearing beige cashmere sweater, Derek Lam green joggers, camo Linea Paolo wedge sneakers

#2 | Joggers & Sweater

I ordered these joggers for our trip to Africa (obviously canceled now) but I love them so much I’m excited to style them outside of the trip. They’re by Derek Lim and have super modern details like ruched legs and cool zippers. I paired them with a simple cashmere sweater and my favorite Linea Paolo wedge sneakers. You could also wear the joggers with a tee or pretty much whatever top you feel comfortable in! There are a LOT more versatile than you might think!

Stylish Work From Home Outfits, Fashion blogger wearing white ruched long sleeve tee with Spanx wide leg pants

#3 | Wide Leg Pants & Top

Do you remember these Spanx pants!? I shared them in this post and video. They look like real, elegant pants but feel like yoga pants! They suck everything in but are very comfortable. On top, I’m wearing a ruched top. I call it my fancy t-shirt because it’s a tee that looks like a blouse! I love the ruching and soft fabric! This outfit looks like legit workwear, but let’s be real, you’re basically wearing yoga pants and a tee. It’s sneaky, and I love it!

You can get save 10% off your Spanx order with code ERINXSPANX until 8/31/2020!

Stylish Work From Home Outfits, Fashion blogger wearing white Frame blouse with oversized black Agolde jeans

#4 | Oversized Jeans & Blouse

This outfit is a little more fashion-forward. If you want to try out a new denim style, now’s the time. Because nobody will see you in the outfit anyway! 😉 I know that some of you love skinny jeans, so this over-sized, baggy jean style might be out of your comfort zone, but you should give them a whirl. I think this is wear we are heading in terms of denim. These Agolde jeans are an oversized straight leg style with asymmetrical button closure. I love them! On top, I’m wearing a beautiful Frame blouse. And my shoes are simple slide-on loafers.

Stylish Work From Home Outfits, Fashion blogger Busbee Style wearing black tank dress with long cardigan and golden goose sneakers

#5 | Tank Dress

Sometimes putting on a dress can make you feel SO put together and stylish. This tank dress is super comfortable and the midi length makes you feel more covered up (passes the sit test). I threw on a long cardigan to cover up on top and finished off the look with some sneakers!

What’s your go-to work from home outfit? Let me know in the comments below! Is there a color that makes you feel happier or more productive when you put it on??
