Top Five Winter Basics

1) Black Sweater

A black sweater or cardigan is essential.
A pullover can be worn alone or layered over a blouse or under a jacket/blazer.
A cardigan can be worn like a blazer or jacket, layered over camis, blouses, button downs.
The cardy is also ideal for bustier women who struggle to find blazers to fit their curves.

2) White Top

We all need at least one white blouse or button down top in our closets.
I love the top I’m wearing above because the tie neck and the pom poms make it anything BUT basic.
You can never go wrong with a white button down or a v-neck white blouse (pictured above).

3) Dark Skinny Jeans

These are an absolute must.
You can wear them everywhere from carpool to casual Friday at work to dinner.
The dark wash will make you look longer and leaner.
