How To Wear a Moto Jacket 2 Ways

I took a VERY short trip to Dallas for a Reward Style masterclass. 
Reward Style invited a handful of fashion bloggers to take a next level blogging class.
And, boy, was it ever ‘next level.’
My brain still hurts!! 
If you aren’t familiar with blogging…
It’s not all pretty pictures, and playing dress up.
There is a LOT of back end work.
I’ve become a veritable expert on WordPress, SEO, Keynote, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Anyway, let’s talk fashion shall we?

The great thing about going to the big D, is I get to see some of my favorite bloggers.
Like my “Blogger Sister” Heather Anderson of “SoHeather.com“.
We are the same age, size, build, height, coloring…
SO, we kinda look alike. 😉

What I Wore

For this shoot, we wanted to style a moto jacket 2-ways.
I knew Heather, the jean queen, would wear jeans.
So, I decided to mix it up and try something a little different by wearing this kimono jumpsuit.
Since this is the year of the sleeve, I put a crochet top underneath the jumpsuit so you can see the white peeking out.
This jumpsuit is an effortless piece, with plenty of room to keep you comfy.
I didn’t test out the fitted moto jacket over the kimono sleeves, however (rookie mistake)…
Hence the sling over the shoulders pose.
Without the crochet top, it would have been fine.

What Heather Wore

Heather is wearing the belt (and brand) of the season…Gucci.
I just realized she’s wearing the jeans I bought recently.
They are the “Carlie” jeans with the high low hem by Citizens.
Her ‘jeans and tee’ combo is one of my favorites!!
