How To Wear Printed Pants

I’m definitely a fan of Old Navy for kids’ clothes and workout wear, but I don’t often shop for women’s clothes (besides t-shirts).

But, these  ‘pixie’ cropped, ankle pants were too cute NOT to order.

Bonus… they also come in petite and tall.  Check out the plaid, polka dot and houndstooth prints.

Here’s the scoop with printed pants:

When in doubt, keep everything else neutral.

Mixing prints is tricky…so if you’re not sure, wear a solid, neutral color like black or white.

Also, if you are significantly triangle shaped, meaning your lower body is bigger than your upper body (hips, butt, thighs)…

I would avoid wearing prints on your lower half, unless it’s an a-line skirt or dress.

This handbag from “The New York Look” is unfortunately not available online.

But, in my shopping options, you’ll see some fabulous red handbag options!
