Reward Style Conference
For those of you who do not know what the Reward Style Conference is…
It is an annual conference hosted by the Dallas based tech company, Reward Style.
The conference includes brand meetings, classes, and networking events.
The TOP 200 bloggers are invited each year.
I’m sure the net is cast wider since there is no way all top 200 earning bloggers could attend.
But, if you are there, it means you are in the TOP 2% of bloggers in Reward Style.
It’s kind of like the cherry on the sundae.
You work REALLY hard all year and then the conference is a celebration of our hard work and success.
It IS, however, still work.
DAY ONE
JEANS (size 26) | TOP | SUNGLASSES | PUMPS
Outfit #1 | Jeans & Off Shoulder Top
Jeans
These jeans by Mother Denim are my new favorites!
They are high rise (belly button hight)
They have modern, edgy racing stripes down the sides (which also make your legs look slimmer)
And, they have the trendy ‘step hem’ detailing at the bottom.
I promise you… you WILL love these!
Size UP. They run a bit small.
I’m wearing a size 26.
Top
This top by Stylekeepers is so lovely.
I’ve tried a lot of these types of tops and they are all too complicated.
This one is simple and chic.
You will LOVE this line, btw.

DRESS (on sale $74) | HEELS | EARRINGS | CLUTCH
Outfit #2 | Pool Party
I wish I could have enjoyed wearing this shorts gown a bit more…
But it was 90+ degrees with around 90% humidity and all I did was sweat.
And, sweat… and sweat.
At one point, sweat was dripping down the sides of my body, and I’m certain I had pit stains.
Amazing it can be THAT hot in April.
But, once I clean it up, I’ll definitely wear this dress again this summer.
It’s perfect for a special party or beach wedding.
The shorts underneath the gown are a really nice touch… covering up all your stuff.
Black & Yellow Accessories
I paired the orange dress with my Baublebar black and yellow statement earrings.
(Baublebar is having a flash sale, btw. 50% off select items here.)
And, these really cool laceup heels that are also black and yellow by Dolce Vita (VERY comfy!)
More Dolce Vita comfy sandals here.
I finished off the look with my Valentino rockstud wristlet clutch.
This was the same clutch I wore during New York Fashion Week here and here.

DAY TWO
SUNGLASSES | DRESS (on sale $82) | SANDALS | BAG | CHOKER
Outfit #3 | Green Dress
I think you could easily layer under and over this striking green dress.
If it is chillier, throw on a white jacket or blazer over this.
You can also try a bow blouse or victorian blouse underneath.
This dress was lightweight and great in the heat.
It also has a hook and eye higher on the bust, if you want more coverage.
Remember Banana runs large. So size down one size.
Accessories
These shoesThese shoes are HEAVY hitters.
Remember them in this look during NYFW?
Or here here with the white dress in the flower fields.
I really love them!
This Eddie Borgo choker got a lot of complements.
It’s quite edgy and sexy, and yet very versatile.
And, the finishing touch is the bag I carried pretty much everyday,
The Chloe “Nile” (small).
Hair
I’m using a new curling iron!
Video tutorial coming soon…

GINGHAM SHIRT/DRESS | WHITE PANTS | SUNGLASSES | BAG | WEDGES | CHOKER
Outfit #4 | Gingham Shirt Dress
In the VIDEO, I talk about pushing the envelope a little…
Well, this gingham shirtdress really does exactly that.
I almost chickened out and didn’t wear it…
But I’m so glad I did!
All night long people kept coming up to me saying they loved it.
And, the look was just featured by LikeToKnow. It on Instagram…
Which is the first time I’ve been featured in about a year. Yay!!
They have more than 2 million followers so it’s a big deal to be featured.
Pants
Remember these Milly pants?
I styled them two ways a couple of months ago.
Check those looks out here.

DAY THREE
TIE FRONT TOP | CAMI | MULES | JEANS | SUNGLASSES | BAG | EARRINGS
Outfit #5 | Jeans & Tie Front Top
This is another pair of new jeans.
They are by Amo denim. Mid rise and run a bit large.
(I’m wearing size 25).
With Amo, I like that the side seam cheats in… and makes your legs look skinnier.
I also love the ankle twist zipper detailing that you can leave zipped or slightly unzipped.
Top
You have to wear something under this top.
I love how the back is tunic length covering your bum…and the front is cropped.
I also like how the lace hem of the cami, peeps out under the front tie.
Mules
I featured these mules in my “March FavoritesMarch Favorites” video here.
This is the first time I’m styling them.
They are the CUTEST shoes and quite comfy.
Everyone will want to know where you got these sweet stunners!

Outfit #6 | Finale Party
Here’s is another example of pushing the envelope.
I bought this dress from Bebe and then thought…nope, I can’t do it.
I ordered two gowns from Rent the Runway.
(Video on that coming soon).
Dress
But, I decided after asking a few people to wear this.
Annddd, I kinda figured there aren’t too many years left when I can get away with wearing something like this.
I know it also looks like I might fall out of the dress,
But there are several illusion panels …so I actually felt very secure.

Friends
It sounds a bit corny, but one aspect that I enjoyed the most…
Meeting all the wonderful, entrepreneurial, intelligent women!
Every woman at the conference is a bonafide, bad a** business woman.
Don’t let the stilettos… and fancy bags fool you.
Hot and Flashy
I knew Angie (first picture) “Hot and Flashy” from YouTube (top left).
I’ve been watching her videos for years… admiring her style, expertise… and the amazing channel she’s built.
She reached her 200K subscriber milestone while we were in Dallas.
That is an INCREDIBLE feat!!
MsGoldGirl
You all know Marnie, “MsGoldGirl.”
She and I were roommates, and we had a blast!!
Marnie’s a “YouTuber” too… pumping out 3 videos every week.
She calls me every time something special happens…
And, there have been many pinch yourself moments for her growing channel.
Beautifully Seaside
And, the lone brunette is Desiree from “Beautifully Seaside.”
She’s a school teacher by day, blogger by night!!
I have no clue how she juggles both. I’m in awe of her!
It’s a privilege and a joy to attend the Reward Style Conference.
I hope I will be invited back next year!
Honey Were Home
I’ve been following Megan from “Honey We’re Home” for years too!
(She’s top left in photo above)
We met for the first time last year at the conference… and got to see each other again this year.
She may be tiny, but make no mistake she’s a fierce business woman.
And, just about the sweetest woman I’ve ever met!

Loved seeing all the IG stories. I know all you beautiful ladies had a great time. I really liked the gingham shirtdress which when I looked at the link it didn’t do it justice which i find alot of items on the models dont look as flattering . But the best of all was your stunning black dress and am really liking the shorts underneath look. Would you say these items run true to size? Im one that prefers to try things on since you never know how if they run true to size.
Which piece, Delina??
I had the best time with you Erin and all the girls! You looked beautiful! Thank you so much for including me in your post today! XOXOXO
LOVE YOU, Desiree!! Erin xo
