Wearing White

WHITE is having a moment in fashion. And this extends far beyond the white jeans after labor day.
Yes, wearing white year round is now not only acceptable, but encouraged!
The WHITE trend also includes white accessories!
White bags, white jewelry AND white shoes!
White Shoes
How cute are these white shoes (above)? They are not only modern and fun, they are also VERY affordable at ONLY $34.
They are from the Who What Wear Collection at Target.
I think the chunky silver heel makes them really unique.
BTW, if you like to try new statement pieces, I think you will LOVE these pants.
Styling These Shoes
White shoes as a rule will be tougher to wear. If you already have large feet, they will make your feet look bigger.
When you first try on white shoes or boots, you are guaranteed to second guess them, and feel a bit awkward.
Just go with it…
Once you wear them (even one time) you’ll be hooked!
Bag

Sweater
This white dolman sleeve, cowl neck sweater from Anthropologie is SO soft and comfy! It also has an effortlessness about it.
I think the oversized shape is PERFECT when paired with slimmer fitting skinny jeans or leggings.
Jeans
These cropped jeans are by Good American. I now own three pairs of Good American jeans and I can confidently say, I’m a FAN!
They are soft, comfortable and fit like a glove. They also retain their shape.
Be sure to size down when ordering from this line. Good American also carries extended sizes.

I just can’t bring myself to wear white shoes. I think they make might feet look too big and they seem to get dirty easily. I think the only white shoes I had was for my First Communion! Back in ancient times!
