I am a HUGE fan of the 2-in-1 sweater or twofer as it is sometimes called. The layered sweater creates the illusion that you are expertly layering your clothes, but it doesn’t create any extra rumples or bulk… that ACTUAL layers do. You know what I mean if you have tried to wear a white button-down under a fitted sweater. You will inevitably see the buttons and puckering of the shirt under the sweater. With twofers, you will look stylish and streamlined.

Look #1 | Brochu Walker
No one does a twofer like Brochu Walker. The quality of the fabric and cashmere, the way it drapes… SOOO good. The price reflects the quality. No doubt there are less expensive options, but sometimes it’s worth investing in a great quality piece you know you will wear over and over again throughout the season.
This cropped, layered sweater is the perfect length for me. Sometimes I feel like these types of sweaters run really long. (As a reminder I’m 5’4″) If you live in Telluride, this sweater is available at Two Skirts.
I paired it with dark wash skinny jeans and some edgy Winchell moto boots from Vince Camuto.
#2 | 2-in-1 Dress
I’ve had this full, layered dress by English Factory for a couple of years. It’s fun to throw on with a pair of leggings or jeans. I was excited to try this combo of moto boots and the dress. I love to mix hard and soft or masculine and feminine. The dress could also be worn with ankle boots and tights or tall over-the-knee boots. Scrunch boots would be cute too!

These Winchell moto boots from Vince Camuto are stylish, edgy and very wearable. the heels is low and the boots are very comfortable. I could easily be on my feet all day in these. Vince Camuto has matching boots for the little ones. You can see my post about mommy and me moto boots here. If you want some ideas on styling your ankle boots, you will LOVE this post.
