Dress Slips!
The half-slip or skirt slip is one of those undergarments that nobody ever remembers…but it’s a must-have! We either forget about buying a dress slip, don’t get one until we absolutely need it (like when we buy a skirt/dress that we realize is see-through), or we have slips that are too old and ratty! I’m excited to share the new slips I’m loving from Jockey! Plus more of my favorites…

Nude Lace Half Slip
Slips are an obvious must-have if you have a skirt or dress that’s a little see-through. But they’re also nice for providing a buffer so your skirt or dress doesn’t get sucked into your legs when you’re walking. Or, when you wear tights… ugh!! You KNOW that feeling when your tights and your skirt are basically stuck together. This 22″ Half Slip with Lace Waist isn’t just super functional…it’s pretty! I love the lace detail around the waistband. This slip also has the No Panty Line Promise. So there won’t be any visible lines under your dresses/skirts! Yay for NO LINES!!

Black Half Slip
I also got the black No Panty Line Promise Tactel Lace Half Slip. It has lace detail around the hemline. And the slit up the side gives it a sexy feel. It has a full rise so your tummy feels tucked in. Depending on your height, it will hit at different lengths. On my 5’4” frame, it hit about 4 inches above the knee when I have it pulled up to my belly button. This is a GREAT length for dresses and skirts with shorter hemlines.

Camisoles
Another undergarment that we often neglect, or need to replenish is a camisole! I had to share these amazing, super soft and stretchy camisoles from Jockey! I’m wearing the Modern Tactel Cami. These are a great option if you need some new camisoles! They come in a ton of colors but nude and black will be the most versatile. The straps are adjustable and they are quite long, which is great.

The Jockey Forever Fit T-Shirt Molded Cup Bra really is the most wonderful t-shirt bra you will ever put on! It’s soooo ridiculously comfortable. I’ve been living in this bra! This is a great post! So often we forget that sometimes its whats underneath our clothes that makes a difference. Another import point for camisoles and slips is that they add an extra layer of warmth In the cold Weather. My GrandmotHer used to have different weights(THICKNESS) of underclothes based on the weather outside:)
