Booty Boosting Leggings! No Exercise Required…
Does anyone else feel like their booty kind of just…disappeared? I’m not sure what’s happened to my behind over the years, but it seems like the older I get, the droopier it gets! WTH? I’ve been doing my regular Tracy Anderson workouts and while she’s not known for booty-lifting, I was still hoping for a little more oophm, if you know what I mean. Well, if you are like me and feeling like you could use a little extra lift… I’m super excited to share a pair of booty-boosting leggings that actually work! For real… they lift your butt…no exercise required!

Spanx AirEssentials Striped Track Jacket
Before I get to the magical leggings, I wanted to talk about this amazing track jacket. It’s super cool and has a high neck, full zip up/down, and sporty white stripes. It’s perfect for throwing over a sports bra or tank when you’re headed to/from a workout, for travel, or just hanging out at home. The jacket is made with Spanx’s popular AirEssentials fabric which I love. If you’re an email subscriber or follow me on Instagram, you know how long I’ve been talking about the AirEssentials collection…it’s just SO good!
The fabric is incredibly lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. It’s also wrinkle resistant which makes it ideal for travel. I have a few of their matching sets from the collection, a dress, and now this chic track jacket…I even bought the matching pants! Under the jacket I’m wearing the FlexFeel Low Impact Sports Bra that has removable padding, sweat-wicking quick-dry fabric, and adjustable straps. Keep scrolling for more details on the leggings…

Spanx Booty Boost Active 7/8 Leggings
I don’t often say this but…I am in love with these leggings! Usually when I order 7/8 leggings, they’re still pretty long and full-length on me. But these leggings are a true cropped length with a 25” inseam, which I really appreciate (I’m 5’4”).
They have a really high waistband with a slimming panel that really helps contour and shape the waist. I love high-rise bottoms and these go up about 2” above my belly button.
The 4-way stretch fabric is super soft, comfortable, breathable, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying. They also don’t have a center seam, so you don’t have to worry about the dreaded camel-toe situation…a seemingly small detail that really makes a difference!
But the best part?? The built-in booty lift! The contoured waistband really creates the illusion of a lifted booty. You can see in the before and after photos above that my booty definitely looks more lifted and perkier. No more droopy booty over here! In the before photos, I’m wearing a pair of my favorite leggings by a popular activewear brand, and it’s safe to say I’ll be grabbing my Spanx leggings more often now that I see the difference they make! My butt and waist even look smaller!

I´m not so sure about the boosting efect, maybe the photos don’t make justice. I did love the top you are wearing!!!
Oh, I can definitely see a difference! I was impressed at the before and after images especially. It’s not drastic, but the lift was exciting for me. I hope you have a great week! ~Erin xo
