It was three years ago, at my very first Reward Style conference. I was sitting in a huge conference room with about 200 other women. At the end of the keynote speech, it was very quiet and time for questions. One of the business owners/influencers raised her hand and asked, “This is a wonderful business now, but can I realistically expect to do this into my 60’s?” A wave of laughter filled the room. Most of us were wondering the same thing. It’s a great gig, but can I do this when I’m “older.” Before the speaker could answer, Sheree or She She, as her friends and family affectionately refer to her, shouted quite proudly, “Well, I’m 60 and I’m here!” Everyone cheered.
It was a moment.
I was so proud of Sheree for speaking up, and also excited that this crazy world of blogging does present the possibility of longevity.

More About She She
Fast forward three years and She She Show is still going strong! In fact, She She just traveled to Florida on behalf of Chico’s!! Chico’s is such a HUGE brand. What an exciting opportunity!
Meeting Up
She She has a ranch just down the road from me… near Montrose, CO, and occasionally I get to see her! She recently came to town and mentioned driving in to Telluride for a quick visit. I gave her a house tour, we caught up and shot a few pics. It was fun!

Alice’s comment prompts me to ask if you can mention an excellent fashion blogger whoUNDERSTANDS THE over 60 WOMAN. I know of one WHO IS about 60, but she MOSTLY SHOWS short skirts, distressed jeans, and very high heels. Many of us Mature ladies think we look ridiculous in the first two (“mUTTON DRESSED AS LAMB”, and already spent too many years in HIGH heels. i’D LIKE TO SEE MORE VARIETY.
Have you checked out my friend, Beth?? She just turned 60. Love her! https://busbeestyle.com/2018/06/21/long-skirts-for-women/
ms busbee have you checked out monroe steele instagrams and her other channels thank you shes greattttt.
I have not, but thanks for the tip!! Erin xo
I love this latest email from you and I can relate to this age thing being only a number !!!….I am 75 and refuse to dress like an old lady ! I do however dress in a classic style such as a lot of the things you show on youtube. I don’t want to dress to the point where I would look a ridiculous teen wannabe. My daughters, both in their 40’s love my outfits and my friends in the orchestra refuse to believe that i am 75. That said, I do have wrinkles and my blond hair (i was born in holland) has turned to grey……and I do not like to expose my upper arms in public. I refuse to use plastic surgeons, etc. and would rather just grow old gracefully and count my self lucky to have that privilege.

Alice… thank you SO much for sharing YOUR story! You are so inspiring!! Erin xo
Hey erin-love your blog and youtube videos! i lost about 40 lb and have kept it off for almost 2 years. even though i am now a size 7 on the bottom-I still can’t get rid of the boobs even though i went from a 40dd to a 36 c. i still have a lower belly pouch which part of which is from a c section and when they stitch you up it always leaves an indentation which causes any fat to be accentuated. i am 5’4″ but have long legs and arms and am short in the torso. when i wear higher waist jeans my belly always shows. when i wear low rise the belly doesn’t show but i sometimes have a small muffin top. i am 53 years old and 143 lbs.
you look fabulous but for those of us who may have lost weight or are disproportioned can you give us some tips on how to look more balanced. now that i am so much smaller on the bottom half it makes my top look unusually large.
thank you erin xoxox
