Do you have the right pair of white jeans in your closet? White jeans can be tricky. For one, they can be difficult to keep clean. For some reason, every speck of grime seems to gravitate to white jeans like moths to a flame. So, they need to wash and wear well. And then there is also the see-through factor which can be challenging. In this week’s For Less Friday, we wanted to share a fabulous pair of high-quality white jeans priced at under $100, and a pretty pink blouse to top them off (literally). This sweet outfit would be great for a casual Easter or Mother’s Day brunch, lunch with the girls, or your next vaca. You’ll get a ton of wear out of each of these polished separates!

White Jeans Under $100

The Mother frayed hem jeans Erin is wearing have been a go-to staple of hers for a while now. They check all the boxes in terms of what you need in a pair of white denim, but not everyone loves the $218 price tag. As we mentioned earlier, if you tend to attract every stain in the book (only when wearing white of course), a replacement pair might be in the cards for you. So we set out to find a pair for under $100 and wow…These Good American jeans on the right have a real cult following! They are sold out at multiple retailers but we found them in stock in most sizes here.

They have a good amount of stretch and run about one size large. In general, we tend to size up one size when it comes to white denim so ordering your regular size would give you a bit more room. But if that’s not your preference, just order one size down. These have a straight-leg fit (not skinny and not flared) and a raw hem. A frayed raw hem can be a great option for petite women because you can easily cut them yourself (no tailoring, yay!) to get that perfect inseam length. The inseam on the Mother jeans is 26.5” and on the Good American jeans it’s 27.5”. The Good American jeans also have inclusive sizing from 00-24. While you certainly don’t want to wear a pair of black panties with your white denim…(like ever), both of these jeans get 2 thumbs up for not being see-through too!

Tips for Wearing White Jeans

• If in doubt size up one size.
• To keep your white jeans looking crisp and clean, turn them inside out before washing and lay them flat or hang to dry (skip the dryer!).
• Spot clean any stains quickly. The longer you wait, the more time your stain has to hang out and make itself more comfortable.
• Flesh-toned undies are best to wear under white. They will provide coverage and invisibility. Erin loves these.
• Wear your white denim before, during, and after Labor Day! Not wearing white after Labor Day is an old and outdated fashion rule you can confidently ignore.

Pretty Pink Blouse Under $100

The gorgeous Aje blouse on the left has some gorgeous details including the cutouts on the sleeves and silk organdy fabric. It’s a stunner, right? Well, over on the right, we found a Free People top that has some very similar details! The cutwork and embroidery on the arms and down the collar make this blouse look so expensive, but it too is under $100. We also love the bell cuff detail and the hook and eye closures. It’s 100% cotton so it’s perfectly lightweight for spring and summer. Simply put, this top is just really pretty! It’s feminine, airy, and has SO many special details. If you aren’t a huge fan of pink, it also comes in crisp white. We found a few other beautiful pink tops during our search and wanted to share those as well…

Spring & Summer Wedges Under $80

We featured these same Vince Camuto wedges in this For Less Friday post and you all loved them. They’ve been a top seller so far this month. Vince Camuto is a very reputable brand, known for effortlessly merging style and comfort. And these really are the perfect neutral shoe! The ankle strap and wedge heel make them especially easy to walk in. The heel height is just over 3” but the platform is ¾ inch so the pitch of the shoe is only about 2” which is very manageable for heels. Of course, if you are looking to splurge, Erin loves her See By Chloe wedges and pulls them out every spring. You can’t go wrong with either.
