Affordable Dresses From The NSale!
Little black dresses are a must-have no matter the season, your age, or the trends. Every woman (that means YOU) should own a little black dress that you can throw on and feel instantly chic. Having a dressier option for events is obvious. But having a more casual black dress option to throw on for errands, lunch with the girls, or a dinner date is another must-have. I’ve found two casual LBDs you’ll love…and they’re both on sale right now!
Here’s why you need this Vince dress over 40: 1) It has sleeves, 2) a longer hemline, 3) flattering neckline, and 4) a cinched waist! It also has a sexy split hem to kick it up a notch. This dress keeps going in and out of stock so if you see it in your size, grab it! It’s super versatile…I brought this with me to Spain so you’ll be seeing more of it in the next few months!
I’m wearing it with a pair of espadrille wedges. But for a more casual look, just swap out the wedges for sneakers or sandals. I’m also carrying my Bottega Veneta chain cassette bag. I did an entire review on this bag here if you’re interested.
See how I styled it for fall here.
#2) BB Dakota Dress
I think you’ll love this BB Dakota dress because… 1) it’s super affordable 2) it has sleeves, 3) subtle elevated puff shoulders and smocked cuffs, 4) flattering neckline, 5) it’s very lightweight and wrinkle resistant and 6) it’s really versatile! It is a little short so if you’re over 5’7” it might not work for you as a dress but it would be perfect as a tunic top! I’m 5’4″ for reference. (I styled it in this post with some cool woven leather mules by Vince Camuto. But I’ve also worn it with my glittery Golden Goose sneakers and some wedges.) You can dress this up or down…making it the perfect, everyday LBD!
I know sold out NSale items are frustrating, but keep checking back Nordstrom says they are getting in more stock! Which LBD is your favorite? #1 or #2? Let us know in the comments!
