I’m absolutely addicted to Michele’s Granola (Original flavor). Nothing helps me get through the daily 4pm munchies better!
I love these cauliflower pretzels. I’m not actually sure if they’re healthy but I like them! I also love avocado “toast” with a rice cake instead of bread. Carrots, plantain chips, or pretty much anything with hummus is always a go-to healthy snack.
I love Plantain chips dipped in hummus. These Siete Chips are grain-free, so I feel good when I eat them. Lily's chocolate bars and chocolate chips are great for my sweet fix but with less sugar. They're sweetened with Stevia. Sometimes I just grab a bowl of frozen blueberries or fresh berries for super healthy snacks!
I’m a huge fan of Trader Joe’s taco size jicama wraps. I roll them up with deli turkey or hummus. I also have a weakness for grab-and-go bars. I like RX bars because they’re protein-packed and are great for an afternoon pick-me-up. Frozen grapes are another favorite.
When I’m craving salty, my go-to is SkinnyPop popcorn. And when I’m looking for something sweet, I grab Addictive Chocolate. It's a great, decadent and healthy snack. The chocolate also has adaptogens, which help your focus and energy levels too!
