Easter is about a week and a half away! How do you like to celebrate the Easter holiday? Whether you’re attending church for Easter Sunday, putting on an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, preparing a meal for Easter brunch with family, or going out for brunch (my personal preference ;)), you’re probably also thinking about what to wear for Easter, right? Below I’m sharing 4 items you probably already have in your closet that will help you put together a chic Easter outfit…plus, 10 outfit ideas that are easy to recreate for whatever you have going on for Easter!
What To Wear to Easter Brunch
I recently shared a post where I talked about the only three things you need to create the perfect casual Easter outfit. But I wanted to take it a step further in this post and share a few additional options. These 4 items are a great place to start if you’re not sure what to wear for Easter this year…
Colorful or Printed Blouse
First up is a colorful or printed blouse. What you wear with your blouse is completely up to you…but deciding on a blouse will be the first step and will determine the vibe for the rest of your outfit. You’ll see more about the blouse I’m wearing above further down in this post. But essentially, I chose this pink blouse because I love the color for Easter! You could go with a light blue, purple, yellow, pink, orange, or whatever color you want…or choose something printed!
White or Light Wash Jeans
So, you have your top picked out…now what? Now you’ll need to decide on what jeans you want to wear. When I think of Easter, I think of white jeans. But if you don’t have a pair of white jeans you love, opt for a pair of light-wash denim. You could wear dark wash if that’s what you prefer, but the lighter washes feel more spring-like for the Easter holiday.
Colorful or Printed Dress
If you’re headed to church or just prefer to dress up a little more on Easter, you could start with a dress instead. You can always go with a classic black dress, but that doesn’t feel very spring or Easter-like, does it? Instead, opt for a brightly colored dress or fun print!
Comfortable, Neutral Shoes
The last thing you really need to complete your Easter outfit is a comfortable pair of shoes. If you’re hiding Easter eggs in your backyard, you probably want to wear some flat sandals. But if you’re headed to church or a nice meal, consider wearing heels or wedges. Just make sure they’re neutral, versatile, and comfortable.
If you’re still feeling stumped, don’t worry…I’m showing you 10 outfit ideas for Easter below!

10 Easter Brunch Outfits
Casual Easter Brunch Outfit
The first outfit is one you got a peek at above. I’m wearing a gorgeous pink blouse by Aje. The color is what initially drew me in, but the details on this top are next level. The long puff sleeves with the loop peek-a-boo design and bell cuff are lovely, feminine touches. The band collar and large gold statement button at the top also make this blouse a little more special. I’m wearing it here pretty casually, unbuttoned at the top with some white jeans by Mother and See by Chloe wedges. I completed the look with some minimal gold jewelry. Depending on your plans, you can swap the white jeans for light wash jeans or a skirt, the wedges for flats or sneakers, and throw on a third layer if it’s chilly where you live.
By the way, I did an entire For Less Friday post on this look here in case you’re interested!

Printed Top for Easter Brunch Outfit
Remember this outfit from my casual Easter outfit post? I’m wearing a beautiful printed butterfly top by Alice + Olivia with the same Mother jeans and some Sam Edelman sandals. This would be the perfect outfit for a casual easter brunch at home or running around with the kids while they hunt eggs. I love the bright, vibrant colors in this top that are perfect for spring and summer, the chic pleated sleeves, and the flattering v-neckline. It’s a cotton and silk blend so it feels very nice on the skin, but the cotton keeps you cool, which makes it a great top for any of you who prefer to keep your arms covered during spring and summer. If this printed top isn’t your style, swap it for a different print or solid color. By the way, I have these Mother jeans in three different washes and LOVE them…if you don’t already have a pair of white jeans you love, I highly recommend trying these!
If you’re looking for more tops to cover your arms (but keep you cool) check out this post!

Neutral Top for Easter Brunch
Maybe bright colors and prints aren’t your style. Don’t worry! You can always wear a neutral top…just make sure it has some special style detail that gives it a little something extra. For example, this L’Agence blouse has beautifully detailed cuffs that make it a basic with a twist. The v-neckline and body-skimming fit are also SO flattering. I would definitely wear this top with white jeans but for this look, I styled it with a pair of medium-wash boyfriend jeans by R13. The baggier jeans trend is here to stay and I love the way this pair fits! They’re a little pricey so I linked a similar option above. To finish off the look, I’m wearing a pair of brown suede booties but you could swap them for sandals, heels, wedges, or sneakers.

Cold Weather Easter Outfit
Another great option if you don’t like to wear color…wear white! White is so fresh, crisp, and spring-like…especially when you do an all-white outfit. Obviously, you won’t want to wear all white if you’re chasing after the kiddos while they hunt Easter eggs. But if you’re headed to brunch or church, this is a great option! I’m wearing a beautiful white Maje knit tweed jacket. I love the spread collar, contrasting black and white colors, luxe gold buttons, and the lovely fit. I paired it with some white pants for a super chic all-white outfit. These pants have very wide legs and luxe buttons starting from the knee down to the ankle. The gold buttons make the pants a basic with a twist. And I love that they’re trousers that fit more like jeans. This is a great outfit idea for anyone dealing with cold weather during Easter.

Warm Easter Outfit
If you’re looking for another warm Easter outfit idea, this is a great option! I’m wearing a bright pink cashmere sweater vest by Me+Em. The vest comes with a detachable turtleneck collar (AKA a “snood”). So, you can wear it with or without the added warmth. Underneath the vest, I layered a pretty white top from Anthropologie that has gorgeous sheer sleeves and a fitted bodice, which is a nice juxtaposition to the puffy sleeves. I styled those pieces with a pair of wide-leg jeans by Alice + Olivia (very limited sizing!). These high-waisted flared jeans make your legs look a mile long and have a cool seam down the front of the legs that feels very fresh. I completed the look with those white and black Balmain booties but you could wear heels, flats, sneakers, etc. depending on what vibe you’re going for or Easter activities you have planned!

Trendy Easter Outfit
Do you consider yourself a fashionista? Maybe you want to try something a little trendier for Easter this year! Pants and trousers of pretty much any style are on-trend right now. So for this trendy Easter outfit, I wanted to style this pair of Banana Republic cargo pants. These cargo pants are a great alternative to wearing joggers or skinny jeans. They feel really fresh and modern but are super versatile and wearable. On the left, I paired them with a geometric knit sweater and white booties. On the right, I’m wearing a very similar look with a fringe sweater and brown suede booties. Both looks would be beautiful for Easter. If you live in a warmer climate, swap the booties for heels or sandals and the sweater for a gorgeous white, colorful, or printed blouse.

Dressy Easter Outfit
The next three Easter outfit ideas are for those of you who like to dress up a little more. This maxi dress by Farm Rio is such a fun option and of course, I love the color! It’s a modest (but still chic) option for Easter, a special occasion, or a spring wedding. I love that it has longer sleeves and a long hemline for added coverage. It does have a small peek-a-boo cutout right under the bust that’s actually very flattering because of the strategic draping on the chest. I also love the elegance of the silky satin fabric. You can wear a regular bra and it won’t show at the cutout. I styled it with ivory booties, but I would also wear it with some white heels or sandals, a white clutch, and some fun statement earrings for Easter.

Printed Dress for Easter Brunch
Next up are two gorgeous white and blue printed dresses that would be beautiful for Easter! The first dress by Me+Em has a v-neckline and cutouts at the waist. If you’re headed to church, you can throw on a white blazer or jacket for some extra coverage. I love the length and flow of this dress…it would also be beautiful for a spring wedding! The second dress by Sea is similar because of the ruffled sleeves and cutout, but this cutout is much smaller and right under the bust. This is the more modest option of the two, but you can still make adjustments by adding a third layer if you need to. I styled it with booties but I’d also wear it with wedges, strappy heels, pumps, or flat sandals.

White Dress for Easter Brunch
You can never go wrong with a gorgeous white dress! The two dresses I’m wearing above are both by Waimari and have beautiful details. The first is a midi dress with eyelet detailed fabric, a scalloped lace hem, a flattering v-neckline, and slimming smocking at the waist. The mini dress has similar details but it’s shorter, making it perfect for those of you who like to show some leg. Both dresses are 100% cotton so you’ll stay cool. Plus, you can wear these dresses through spring and summer for many occasions!

Casual Dress for Easter Brunch
If you want to wear a dress but still want to be comfortable and casual, this Banana Republic dress is for you! It’s denim so it feels a little more casual, but the fabric is thicker and has structure so you still feel put together. If you run hot or live in a hot climate, this dress might not be the best option for you. BUT…the structure and thicker fabric are great for covering any lumps and bumps and will make you feel very secure. I love the flattering belted waist and long sleeves. You’ll also be able to wear this to run errands, lunch, dinner, or work (depending on your work environment) with a few accessory swaps!
