Comfy Sports Bra
I love the color of this Alo sports bra! It’s a seamless knit bra and the description says it has medium-impact support so you should be able to wear it for running and other cardio. But it’ll be great for lower-impact workouts like pilates and yoga too! If you don’t love the teal color as much as I do, it also comes in a pretty light purple, cool orange, and beautiful burgundy.
I bought a pair of these ON Cloudflow sneakers before we moved to Spain and wore them all over Europe. They’re super lightweight, comfortable, and supportive. They come in 4 colors.
This V-neck hoodie is the perfect lightweight piece to throw on over those cropped tanks or sports bras after a workout! It also comes in blue and pink.
These are the matching leggings to #1. Alo makes wonderful workout pieces, and their Airlift leggings are great! They’re moisture-wicking, super high rise, and the material hides lumps and bumps. These also come in a beautiful burgundy.
This is another top you can either throw on over your sports bra to and from the gym OR you can actually workout in it. It comes in 4 other colors too.

Everyone has to drink water so why not get a cute water bottle for your workouts? Even if you don’t work out, this is a great water bottle to have in your car, running errands, at your desk, and even just around the house.
Socks are something we usually don’t think about updating…bras, and underwear, yes. But I always forget about the socks! This 3-pack of Zella socks is great!
