For Those Special Moments…
I say this all the time…just because you’re over 40 does not mean you can’t be sexy anymore! Feeling sexy, feminine, and confident is an important part of being a woman and I love to find pieces that help me feel all of those things! Below, I’m sharing a show-stopping dress for those moments when no ordinary dress will do.

NBD Cut Out Dress
This gorgeous cutout dress is by NBD. This look and dress is inspired by the Kardashians. Regardless of how you feel about the family, they have built incredible businesses and I truly admire how they unapologetically wear what they want. They wear what makes them feel powerful and sexy and it shows!
Admittedly, this dress is really tough to pull off, but I think every once in a while, you have to go for it and channel your inner Kardashian. The cutouts are in all the right places on this dress to make you feel sexy but not too scandalous. It’s midi length to offset the sexiness of the cutouts. The color is this really unique color called ‘Clay Pink’. I paired the dress with some fun strappy heels by Schutz. I’d wear this dress for date night, on vacation, or to an event if you’re feeling extra confident! If I had time I would have used double sided tape to keep everything in place, but I shot 10 looks changing in the back of a car over 2 hours… so no time for tape! 😉 Blogger-life!

I think it’s really important to take fashion risks at any age. It makes you feel sexy, alive and vibrant. Don’t be afraid to push the envelope every once in a while and step out of your comfort zone. Prove you are NOT invisible!

This dress was alittle tooo much. Not very flattering on most people.
It’s not meant to me. It’s a dress that pushes the envelope. I think it’s fun to push things every once in a while and I try to practice what I preach.
