Have you experienced that moment when you’re working or hanging out at home, the doorbell rings, you take a quick look at your “outfit” and think, “oh no”?  This has happened to me a few times. Finding an “at home” outfit you won’t feel embarrassed to answer the door in is one thing, but it’s even better if that same outfit is one you feel comfortable picking up the kids from school in or wearing to the grocery store. My criteria for loungewear is pretty simple…
1. It has to be comfortable (nothing itchy or fussy)
2. It has to retain its shape (no stretched-out knees or saggy booty)
3. It has to look sophisticated (sloppy sweats need not apply)
4. It must be versatile

Spending a little more on luxe loungewear may seem counterintuitive, but versatile separates that can be worn as sets and also be paired with other wardrobe basics like jeans and sweaters means you’ll wear them more frequently, get more bang for your buck, AND be comfortable. Win Win, WIN!!
