Are you ready to embrace all the new spring fashion but your outdoor thermometer isn’t? If you live in a climate like I do, March can still mean cooler temps. I really wanted to wear a dress out to dinner the other night, but it was COLD. I decided to layer a pair of faux leather fitted pants underneath this gorgeous chiffon maxi dress along with my incredibly warm Sorel boots.  There is always a way to combine fashion and function! You could easily try this look with leggings and tall boots under the dress as well. The idea is to add warmth without adding bulk. The bright colors and pattern in this dress give all the spring vibes and I can replace the shoes with some strappy black sandals when it gets warmer!
