A cute white top is a must-have for spring and summer! It’s one of those wardrobe basics I talk about all. the. time. White tops and blouses are one of my favorite things to update each year. There’s something so chic and cool about a gorgeous white top paired with jeans or denim shorts! Lightweight Eyelet Blouse

This pretty off-white blouse by Velvet has beautiful eyelet stripes that give it a really romantic vibe. It’s also 100% cotton so it will keep you cool even though it has long sleeves. There’s elastic at the cuffs, and a small ruffle at the v-neck which is perfect for showing off your favorite necklace.

I’m wearing the top with some cargo pants from Banana Republic. These are a great alternative to wearing joggers or jeans. They feel really fresh and modern but are super versatile and wearable. They come in Tall, Regular, Short, and Petite sizing options which is SO great! On my feet, I’m wearing some super comfortable sandals by Madewell that are not only stylish but also very affordable. This would be a great warm-weather vacation outfit for sightseeing, going out to lunch, or even a travel day. I brought this top with me on a recent trip to Moab, UT, and loved styling it with denim shorts too.

Relaxed White Button Down

 A crisp white button-down is so fresh for spring and summer! This white button-down by R13 is a great basic with a trendy and modern twist. It has elastic in the hem, so you get a bubble effect similar to the look you’d achieve if you tucked in your billowy white blouse. But, you don’t have to hassle with all that extra fabric. It has a drop shoulder and a more relaxed fit, but I ordered my regular size. It’s also 100% cotton so it’s very cool. It’s super versatile, and the details have a chic edginess that makes it a little different.

It’s perfect for spring and summer but really all your round! I’m wearing it here with my favorite denim shorts and the comfiest See By Chloe wedges. I love wearing these wedges with shorts because the neutral tone elongates my legs plus the ankle strap makes me feel really secure when walking.

Fitted Blouse With Lace Sleeves

As you can see, I packed a few new white tops with me on my recent trip to UT!  This next one by Farm Rio has the most gorgeous lace applique sleeve pattern and elastic at the cuff. There’s a side zipper so it’s easy to get on and off and smocking at the back which gives you a really flattering, but comfortable fit. It skims the body but doesn’t cling to it. This top is on the shorter side, but not incredibly cropped. It’s perfect for all your high-waisted shorts and jeans. I love how the billowy sleeves next to the slim bodice create the illusion of a thinner waist. I styled it with the same denim shorts and wedges as the previous look. But jeans, joggers, cargo pants, or even a pretty white midi or mini skirt would make for a beautiful monochromatic look!

Beautiful Sleeves

If you like the look of the Farm Rio top above but it isn't available in your size, this one is very similar. It has the same gorgeous lace sleeves, a deep v-neck instead of a square neck, and the back has really pretty pleating instead of ruching. It's 100% cotton so you'll stay cool in warmer weather but you'll still have your arms covered.

Flutter Sleeve Drama

This top is a show-stopper and brings all the drama. It has a very subtle cutout above the belted waist, a twisted front, and exaggerated flutter cap sleeves! The ruffle peplum is great for concealing a tummy if that's important to you. So chic and flattering...I just love it!

Frame is one of my favorite brands for high-quality blouses that wear well and last for years. This blouse has a band collar, elbow-length puff sleeves with pretty shirred seams, and it’s super lightweight. This would be a great option for the office paired with black pants but you can also wear it with jeans for a dinner out.

Gorgeous Embroidery

This 100% cotton poplin top by Sea has the prettiest embroidery details on the bodice, sleeves, and back. The oversized collar is super unique too. It’s more cropped but will still work with high-waisted bottoms. It has more of a relaxed fit, but it won't swallow you up!

Amazing Details

This top has SO many flattering details with the deep v-neck, flutter sleeves, and ruffled peplum at the waist. I love the sleeve length too! I can think of a million ways to style this from casual to dressy and the best part...it's under $100.

Affordable Find

I usually buy a new white Free People top every summer and if I had to choose one right now, it would be this one. It has a relaxed fit without being too boxy but you could also front-tuck or half-tuck it if you want a little more waist definition. The lace detailing is also really pretty! You can wear a regular nude bra with it. But if you’re worried about the see-through factor, just throw on a white or nude cami underneath. This one is also currently on sale for under $85 and fully stocked in all sizes...yay!

I LOVE the R13 bubble hem button-down I shared above. But if you’re looking for something that’s a little more classic, this is your top! It’s my go-to top every spring and summer, it’s super versatile, and made of the loveliest lightweight, gauzy fabric.

Beautiful Bell Sleeves
